Front vs back print tees: choose your graphic

Signal Eye Tee in Carolina Blue, front print of a large spiked eye with an acid lime iris

Wear an open jacket most days? A front print lets you show some of the artwork through the opening. If you prefer a small chest detail and a big graphic on the back, a back-print tee gives you that. Here's where the artwork sits on each CUWORA GEN 01 tee.

Think about the layers you wear

A jacket or backpack can cover a back print. If your tee usually stays under one, decide whether you're happy with the artwork showing only when you take it off. With a front print, check how much of the graphic your open jacket leaves visible.

If you mostly wear tees on their own, pick the artwork you like. Either placement works.

Which CUWORA tees have a front print?

The Signal Eye Tee puts a spiked eye and acid lime iris on the front, with a small CUWORA wordmark on the back.

The CUWORA Wordmark Tee places rough-edged lettering across the chest and leaves the back plain. Pick this one if you prefer lettering to an illustration.

Which CUWORA tees have a back print?

These six tees pair a large back graphic with a small C mark on the left chest. Choose between the figures, poster artwork or C Slash design below.

  • Signal Creature Tee: a crouched, spike-headed creature with a clawed hand on the ground. The accent colours depend on the tee colour.
  • Hooded Portrait Tee: a masked, hooded figure in bone and dusty blue on black.
  • Seated Signal Tee: a seated figure in rough black ink against a dusty blue panel.
  • Street Signal Tee: a burnt orange poster with a creature, blue fragments and the CUWORA wordmark.
  • Walking Signal Tee: a figure mid-stride inside a loose burnt orange ring.
  • C Slash Tee: an angular black C interrupted by an acid lime slash.

Does a large print mean an oversized tee?

No. CUWORA GEN 01 tees have a classic fit, including the ones with large graphics. Compare the garment measurements with a tee you own if you want a looser fit.

How do I check the design before buying?

Look at both sides in the product gallery, with your chosen colour selected. Some designs use different accent colours on different tees. The description also lists the main print and smaller details.

Product pictures are renders, and printed colours can vary slightly from the screen. Use the gallery to compare artwork and placement; use the size chart to choose the fit.

Compare the tees, then use the outfit guide for ways to work their colours into clothes you already own.
