Size replacements and refunds

Wrong size? Request one free size replacement per original item within 30 days of delivery. Keep the original. The same design and colour in a different size, including delivery, is free.

Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days of delivery, or receipt of the last item if your order arrives separately. We review your order details and refund eligible requests without asking you to return the item. Statutory withdrawal does not need our approval.
